Considering everything you've been through - I don't think any of your readers mind or "misunderstand you" (Well unless a certain "Officer" is reading your blog - he appears to be a very angry individual who would take a red pen and grade your blog with self rightous indignation . . .)
PS - see if you can find a lawyer who has had success with your judge (having been a court appointed counselor - I've seen this make all the difference in the world, not fair - but a reality none-the less)
